Looks like you are running Open Transport. This means:

1.) Take MacTCP out, it is not needed (save it somewhere, though)
2.) Download Open Transport/PPP from Apple at:
http://asu.info.apple.com/swupdates.nsf/artnum/n10754
3.) Download PPPMenu from www.rockstarstudios.com
4.) Make sure that you have the express modem software installed, too. (If
you are using the internal modem)
5.) The rest should be more or less self explanatory. Any Apple software
updates can be downloaded (normally) from asu.info.apple.com
