If all else fails and you have some time on your hands, simply overwrite all of the deleted files with a fresh batch of random programs that completely fill up your hard drive. Or take your system folder and keep making copies; 2, 4, 8, 16, etc. until your drive is full. Delete all that and you should be cool.
