If your Mac is crashing once a day, then there is
something wrong. What are you doing when the machine
crashes? We need to know stuff like OS version, RAM,
which programs were running, which program crashed the
system, and describe the crash.

PS. Please stay on the board. I would be willing to
trade a lot of tech support for English skills. I
volunteer at Junior High School to speak about
college. The question of what I need to do to become
an engineer comes up a lot. My answer is always learn
to speak and write perfectly. The technical stuff can
be learned, but if you cannot communicate, then you
will have a hard time getting promoted.
