I'm reading the TiBooks are getting scratched up quite easily, a pity but 
at least a plastic scratch might be polished out where I'm guessing you'd 
have to sandblast the TiBook to match the matt finish. . .

No problems with my Ti yet, but then it's only been 4 months.

That's ok, I'm out of the habit of using it anyway, having been trained out 
of it by the 2400.

Heh, I remember the 2400 clicker, too, what a lamer. The Ti unfortunately 
has the iBook's "problem" which causes the trackpad to "fire" a click if 
you're typing hard, when you have trackpad tap on. Can you check this on 
the iBook?
