The Duo 280 is the best Duo. The combination of that great greyscale
screen (perfectly visible in direct sunlight! Try that with a PBG4!
Hahahaa!) made is just great. I got many years of use out of my Duo 280,
sold it for $1400, then bought a new one for $20 a few months ago.
