The amount should not be an issue. The trendy crime these days (and
*everyone* including Micro$oft is doing it) is to "accidentally" charge
people an "insignificant" amount of money. Most people let it go, specially
if it will take effort to get the money back. A very common amount to
charge is $19.95, but I've seen companies pulling the same scam with $40 or
more. The smaller the amount, the smaller the percentage of refunds they
will have to end up making. If you don't believe that it works, search for
"Ken Taves" and "Netfill" on the net. That person stole $45.5 Million in
one year by "accidentally" charging people $19.95. Luckily he's in prison
now.
