I just wrote to Paul at After Hours Consulting and asked him for an RMA
number. I only recently got the computer from Ebay and hardly got any good
use out of it, so I'm determined to get it running right.

Now that I know what a mutimeter is, I realize I have one at home that's
from Radio Shack. 

Good to hear the li-ion is still good. You saved yourself about $250 right
there.
