The best way of getting the sliding part off of a type one battery is to just sort of keep pushing. For a two/three, you'll have to push the button down farther and again just keep pushing on it.
Getting it back together is tricky. You have to have a good hand with soldering to get the batteries soldered together so they'll stick as close as before. Then you'd probably need some kind of epoxy. I must admit that I just have mine sorta stuck in my 'book. Since I only need to use the battery with that one, and I never need to take it out, I've just left it. It seems to work :) Scott Holder ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carlos Pinto" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Duo/2400 List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, October 23, 2001 9:18 PM Subject: [Duo2400] Re: Duo Battery take-apart > Scott > Thanx for the info and incouragemant.
