G3 upgrades are hard to come by. My suggestion is, upgrade to a 20GB+ 
IBM Travelstar. I can testify that a 2400c/180 with an IBM 20GB drive 
feels virtually as fast as a 2400c/G3@320Mz with a 12GB Toshiba drive 
(mine), except for processor-intensive tasks (compression, 
Photoshop...)

(That's why I will soon upgrade to a fast silent 30GB+ drive and I 
will make everyone around *so* jealous he he).
