Luckily, "F" Exceptions are almost always software errors. Eg:

> F = Exception   �0064 Couldn't Read System File into Memory

Just reboot and try again. It doesn't appear to be anything serious. If
problems persist let the list know exactly where in the bootup process it
occurs. You appear to have serious software corruption but that can even
happen, as a one-off, with corrupt remnant fragments in ram from a previous
warm reboot (and not be HD related). The less serious case is a bomb and a
freeze is even more benign but these can happen (one-off) even with a
perfectly good system/directory and the next reboot is OK.

Also check ram card seating.
