Well, it will work just fine. However, you will need to overcome these 
two issues:

1.) your current drive is SCSI and the 5.1GB is IDE. This means that you 
will need a new drive cable.

2.) You will have to engage in some clever use of zip-ties to attach the 
mounting brackets to the drive, or you will have to get an adapter kit, 
which will only work with the thinner drives.

That's all I can think of....
