Greetings all,
I've got a problem w/RAM on my 280c OS 7.5 24mgs. Duo would not always
power up (gave the ascending/descending tones), but usually would with the
AC adapter. It never would power up in the Duo Dock II, or w/ a battery. I
assumed the RAM was bad and took out the 20 mg module and now everything is
fine. Here's my question: The RAM module is a Viking component (can't seem
to find any model numbers)that has another slot running down the middle of
it (parallel w/ connector) as tho it can accept another chip. I used to
have a PB 1400 that had (if I remember correctly) a similar set up that you
could "piggyback" another module onto. Is that what this is? Any ideas?
Thanks, Mark
