Well I just picked up a TiBook but I would have definitely gotten the 
iBook if it wasn't for the external video issue.  I have been using two 
monitors with my desktop for a year or so now and I could never go 
back.  With the iBook, you are stuck with the 12 in screen or using one 
17 in monitor (thats what I have right now, that it), in which case the 
internal video is wasted.  With the TiBook, or the old Powerbook(the 500 
mhs pismo would have been my second choice)  You can connect an external 
monitor and use both at the same time, doubling your desktop space for 
way less than a cinema display costs ;)

Anyway, that was basically my only reason for not getting an iBook.  The 
iBook is smaller (which is nice for portables) and for many things runs 
just as fast as my 550 TiBook and for much less money (something I have 
very little of right now ;)

Oh yeah, and the Radeon card was somewhat of a factor as well.
