I'll chime in here for balance. DT&T has two movers and shakers: Brian and TD. TD is an owner. Just talk to them -- ask for them directly. While I've had some issues with them in the past, they always made things right and I trust them as a vendor. MCE does good work, but they've also "fixed" things that weren't broken. This happens with every vendor, and rarely is it criminal -- usually just misunderstandings. So talk to the right people and I'm sure it will get straightened out. The more flamboyant suggestions here will likely cost you more in time than another phone call. Surely it's been too long, but that too can be worked out. paul -- ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
