OK: I called up these folks, 715-234-7092 (you ask for Herb or Dave in automotive. They won't take a credit card # over the phone, but will trust you to send a personal check. The charge was $19.99 for the item, $1.65 for the 5.5% tax (their math)(you can't argue them out of WI sales tax) and $10 for shipping. It's available on the web for $40 to $70 (find it on google), the manufacturer lists it for $29.89 "sold out" and the Mfg says Target sells a newer model VEC019AC, unknown price. I bought one from Farm and Fleet. Also using google there's an amateur radio write up that says this thing is better than sliced bread. John Morgan
