Given that you've obviously got into your battery (even if you've damaged
the case in the process), could you tell me how it's securred? Are there
catches inside the seam along the sides, or are the two halfs glued
together?
I notice that Sun Remarketing (www.sunrem.com) sells what looks to be an
empty battery case as one of their service parts. The page for the part is:

right part. If I can't get my battery open I might try ordering the part
