I too have noticed this, particularly on my 2300, but also on my 6500 desktop with NN 4.51/62. I think it may be due in part to the processor speed, but I can't be sure, as it runs faster on the 6500 (603e/225) , but still has the problem. This of course would be bad code writing on the part of Netscape, as typing e-mail should not be such a draaaaaaag. Not sure about the latest version (4.62) on the 2300 as I haven't yet upgraded it (re-formatting, you know).
