Jacqueline Staples <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> says:

I had this problem, too. Turned out to be a fuse.

hi. i've also had this problem (see posting a few days back)--the red X of
death across the battery logo. and in response to sidney ho's post, yes,
i've been very careful about putting that little spring back in its place
behind the battery. the 2400c works just fine, but no amount of resetting
can make it see the battery (even letting the pram battery sit out
overnight).

a question for jacqueline: did you get the fuse fixed, and how? who did it
for you, and could you tell me for how much?

many thanks!
jose
