Follow-up Comment #9, bug #25696 (project duplicity):
Neseted server are always generated on diff backups.
The remote server is ProFTPD 1.3.1
I have tried your suggestion with two slashes - but that didn't help. Any
more ideas from your side?
I've also updated to 0.5.10 - with the same result.
What makes me curious is the entry in the changelog for 0.5.09: 'FTP is now
driven with pexpect rather than NcFTP utilities.'
Could that be the reason. 0.5.07 doesn't show this problem!
