I exported the same with the libav muxer and had no warning in dvdauthor at 
all.  And Since
transmission (DVB-S) was very good when recording the movie, I don't think 
dvdauthor complains
because of signal quality. Dont you think dvdauthors complains could be because 
of the type
of muxing?
