Yes, your right. I meet problems when compiling mplayer with the lastest mingw
 (with gettimeofday)
I made some modifications for dvbcut. 
- i create a windows directory with include files, msi, resource files( for 
icone..), mplayer source and mplayer script
- i change the root readme.mingw
- i change mingw.sh to use windows directory (include and resource files).
