Hello, DVBCUT users!

I've just wrapped up the current state of the subversion repository to become
DVBCUT 0.5.4. I've done no extra work lately, but over the last year or so,
lots of bugfixes went into the subversion tree. Thanks to all DVBCUT users,
and of course Michael "Tired" Riepe, for the contributions.

I hope that some users who did not use subversion sources can now benefit from
the work done.

I excluded the Windows support from the release, though. I think, Windows
users who want to compile DVBCUT themselves are well able also to use
subversion to obtain the sources. Otherwise, I fear way too many support
requests from troubled windows users.

I could, of course, advertise the Windows executables, that are available
(inofficially) on the net. But this should go with an explicit remark that
support cannot be granted, at least not by me. So, Windows builders who want
to see a link to their executables on dvbcut.sf.net, please tell me.

Thanks for all your work and support. Enjoy the release.

Bye, Sven.
