Yeah,... it seems to depend on the position of the cut before...

They only occured after some (cut?) point... and it's hard to say if they are 
getting worse until the end... I would say yes, but it's just a 15min snipped 
and that's not easy to measure when it's only parts of a second...

AFAIK, the freezes happened only on my DVD-Player!
BTW, only the picture freezes,... audio plays fine during the freeze frame, 
nevertheless also audio is slightly interrupted when video proceeds.
