I suppose this is related to the audio substream (due to the typical dts
intervals of 72 and 96 ms). But the pts intervals (left hand side of the
inequation) are "somewhat" broken.

ProSieben... need I say more?

Are there any warnings when you index the file with dvbcut -generateidx?
Theoretically, dvbcut should detect, report and repair these errors.
