oops,... you're right! 

There was a 
  "missing frame(s) before B frame 49423 (0 != 6)"
before them, which I missed when copying the error messages.
Anyhow,... a little indentation would help to understand what belongs 
together. ;-)

Yepp,... that's because stop-markers are always excluding the picture in 
question.You have to break that logic to get the last picture of a stream. I 
had already long discusions about this with sven. Meanwhile I'm used to it... 
and normally I don't matter about the last picture, anyhow...
