Aeh, .. No! 
Forget my last mail! You're right...

I even forgot how it was with the (1day!-)old DVBcut...
STOPs without a preceeding START have been ignored, but STARTS hold up to the 
next STOP and instead all 
STARTs inbetween are ignored... so the FileExport is now "wrong" and different 
from the *-mark if a real START 
is set on frame 0!!! OK,... this should be fixed...
