Uh... don't hold your breath. In its current state, dvbcut is pretty much centered around MPEG-2 video. It will require a substantial rewrite to change that. > I'm beginning to collect a rather large amount of HD H.264 recordings > that I can't for the life of me clip out commercials and maintain audio > / video sync with any program I've tried thus far. > > Is anyone working on H.264 support? So much software to write, and > hardware to design, and so little time :( I've been thinking about dvbcut2 (the successor to dvbcut) for quite a while. It should follow a more modular approach that allows us to drop in different (de)muxers and codecs. Besides that, I intend to separate the GUI from the audio/video handling. -- Michael "Tired" Riepe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> X-Tired: Each morning I get up I die a little ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ DVBCUT-user mailing list DVBCUT-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dvbcut-user
