Uh... don't hold your breath. In its current state, dvbcut is pretty
much centered around MPEG-2 video. It will require a substantial rewrite
to change that.

I've been thinking about dvbcut2 (the successor to dvbcut) for quite a
while. It should follow a more modular approach that allows us to drop
in different (de)muxers and codecs. Besides that, I intend to separate
the GUI from the audio/video handling.
