Hi,

I know Dreamwidth users will be able to import the entries of a
journal, at least, but will they be able to import OPML information?
In other words, it is possible to make an OPML file of your friends
list and import it to certain readers. Will it also be possible to
'import a friends list' on DW using OPML or a similar automated
process?

Also, on LJ, creating an RSS feed is a paid-user only feature. On
Dreamwidth, will it also be paid users only?

Regarding the syndication of friends-locked entries, while I agree
that it would definitely be the killer app, comments might be a big
problem there. Some LJ owners might object to not being able to see
comments about their friends-locked entry, as currently you can't
disable comments on an LJ feed, and IIRC the way LJ feeds are
currently set up, there is no 'ownership' to a feed, so no one can
delete comments or rename the feed. (Or can OpenID allow you to
authenticate yourself as the owner of a feed?)

Thanks,
Charmian
