re: Community maintainers, etc - Wasn't there discussion at one point about having different 'levels' of maintainers for communities? Like - there's the Comm owner, who can control everything, then have maintainers who can do things like ban trolls, approve members and make layout changes, then some sub-maintainers who can only approve members.
I thought this was something that had come up previously, which, if handled this way, would solve a lot of the 'AWOL maintainer' issues.
