Paid users will get invite codes quickly and hopefully frequently. It depends entirely on how many users we are able to support. But it won't be automatic -- i.e., you won't get invite codes the minute you get a paid account. > I would like to create an account on DW and invite a couple of friends. > Purchasing an account seems like the simplest solution. Yeah -- this is the worry I have with doing something like that. A big part of the point of invite codes is to ensure that we have the ability to say 'okay, we need the site to not grow very fast for the next week while we build out more servers.' Of course, this all might just be too much paranoia. Until we see how well the site is running on Slicehost under load, we won't be able to really answer this question. Stay tuned. -- Mark Smith / xb95 [email protected] _______________________________________________ dw-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.dwscoalition.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/dw-discuss
