Dave, The TV doesn't cause DX filters to go off for the global masses of Ham Ops. Would you get upset if you "were" watching your favorite tv show and your neighbor had a remote and kept changing it on you? That is what it is like...Those who do not utilize software to announce DX activities do not understand this issue. It is a courtesy to utilize DX Clusters for ANNOUNCING DX...Not anything else.  If someone chooses to utilize DX Clusters for anything else...they are making a conscious decision to NOT be a good operator.  It is that simple.  And if I notice this practice going on and I don't say something...then I am as guilty as the guy doing it. 73 Jose - N4BAA DAVE WHITE wrote: Errr.......big deal.  So what?   If you don't like it, switch the thing off.
