That's crap ... CQ has obviously decided to set itself up as anti-ARRL. First they publish all logs in CQ Contests even though DXCC rules say that complete logs may not be published. Now they recognize "countries" that are not recognized by either ARRL (DXCC) or DARC (WAE). If CQ are going to recognize Kosova, why not recognize, Tibet, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Chechnya, the Basque region of France/Spain, Kurdistan and every other self-proclaimed "independent" entity? Should Kosova be independent? Yes, self-determination is the right of every people. However, ARRL has a well though out, objective standard for determining whether an enmity should be recognized for the purposes of DXCC.
