Just received a message from Wayne Mills, N7NG at ARRL, where he addresses the 9/30 annual listing deadline, as well as the fees:
"We should have the first postcards out in a day or so. You will see that there is a new DXCC application form on the web. The new form has a box to check if you want us to check Logbook. You will need to authorize the use and charges for the credits on the website before we download your credits. We plan to be able to grant Logbook credits that are available when the application is mail-logged. This may be after September 30.
