LoTW is a project only for the ARRL awards so first you must
to remember that those are not the only ones in the World ,
second you must to pay for each LoTW credit so is not free,
and third , think about people without PC-Internet or people
without interest about ARRL awards. .
I think that this step ,it's only a facility for the people who
is participating on ARRL awards program and not the end of
traditional Qsl system.
