Bill, the time you save with LOTW (fewer direct QSLs) is much more than the
time it would take to get the certs... even for 19 calls. I do it for 4
call/QTH combos, and it's really not that bad... I'm old and not very quick,
so 4 calls takes me about 15 minutes once a year....it may take you an hour
or so. Once you get the procedure down, it's really just a repetition. I
don't know what logging program you use, but after you get your certs set
up, most of the well-known logging programs now have a step-by-step
button-push procedure to upload, download, and syncronize your log with
LOTW.... even for hundreds or thousands of QSOs, it's pretty quick and easy
now.  Maybe you should give it another try.... it's really a timesaver.
