.....and before there's a mad rush by nets and ragchewers to fill the new SSB spectrum on 40M, how about proposing a worldwide 40M SSB DX Window 7125-7150 ? European countries are rapidly getting SSB authority up to 7200, so for the first time an overlapping range exists which is not already "owned" by mean, defensive vested interests (except BC stations of course!).
ARRL would presumably have to take the lead. I'll talk to my Division Director.
