I know the US postage is about to go up. I believe foreign is too.
However, I couldn't figure it out from reading the USPS web page and a
trip to the post office with about three employees poking their noses in
several publications could only tell me that foreign was going up also
but they had no idea how much.
Does anyone have the details? Main question.....is all foreign except
Mexico and Canada going to remain equal whatever it is with a reduced
rate for the two mentioned countries??????
One of the postal employees told me they thought there was going to be a
different first-class rate for EACH COUNTRY.
