Design is fine. If the actual placement should be exposed to the user in
a prefs UI is debatable. But it should not be hard coded.

Also, from a l10n perspective, some locales are RTL (Arabic, etc.), and
ideally have their entire desktops mirrored, for example the main panel
menu is on the right, and the clock/fusa is on the left. In that case I
would imagine notify-osd should be mirrored too.

Bug description:
The current placement of the bubbles depends on good peripheral vision. The 
user should have the possibility of placing the bubbles in an area where they 
will be noticed.
