ARRL enters only from the cards, but..... Unless you have a good submittal sheet to work from you will be charged extra for all duplicate countries, bands, etc. I use the submittal sheet, but use a 3m sticky on each multiple qso card to show which qso's that I want to get credit for (and pay for). When you submit your cards at Hamcom or other DX event or with a field checker, the submission sheet is ALL that ARRL gets and keypunches from.
