Tom, I agree with you and thought of that also, but the adware/spyware, etc, usually hijacks your home page. He says he can reach some web sites OK but not DX4WIN. I believe if it was an adware problem he could not get ANY web sites OK without being redirected by the spyware/adware. Anyway, it was a good idea but may not be the problem. 73
