My understanding is that once set, the Upload flag stays set.  However, I can
see your point.  Maybe Paul can correct this in the next release.

The calendar should only pop up if there is calendar data.  The option is
Preferences -> QSO -> Show Calendar at Startup.  Paul may have forgotten to
delete the GOLIST data from the program before he released it :-)

Search in the index for "Master" in the on-line help.  If the Master Calls
window is closed, you won't get this error.

The window positions are retained, but not their "open-ness". This has always
been the case.  This is also mentioned on my web page cited above.

When I start up, DX4WIN.EXE wants to access internet (Picked up by
ZoneAlarm)

Before I chose "remember the answer"; be nice to know why.

I turned off the GOLIST stuff, since I have no subscription
