Pete, Thanks for the suggestions. The second file that was in dx4w702\drivers is actually vichw11.vxd, and it was NOT in the System32\drivers folder. Unfortunately, copying it there did not help. (Both of these driver files are in the dx4w702\drivers folder. The error message from DX4Win directed me to copy just the .sys file to the Windows drivers folder, but both have been copied.)
