I've updated the release notes for version #47 of the DX4WIN country file:
http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/history.htm#47
I am still planning on adding/fixing a number of callsign exceptions for VE8
calls in CQ Zone 2 (default is Zone 1) and VY0 calls in CQ Zone 1 (default is
Zone 2). I have collected a lot of information, but it's not yet in a form
which can be put into the database.
Please send me additions and corrections to either the exception or QSL manager
database. Especially QSL manager addresses, since I inherited those from K4UTE
and I have not checked any of them (I recently received a few corrections).
I still plan to release the DX4WIN country file the weekend of March 8/9
(probably towards the end of the weekend)
Thanks & 73 - Jim AD1C

At the suggestion of Jim, AD1C I replaced my country
file with the latest update and after several hours of QSO
entry the program has continued to operate properly.
Thanks all who responded, and ...
