Hi Mel, I run XP Pro. When I leave the programme it says "I have updated the logbook" and "do I want to save it". I always say 'yes' and up to now have not had a problem. I also back up the log to a memory stick, usually once a week.
Over the past three days I have opened the programme several times and each time my last entry was in the logbook. This morning when the log opened I had the problem.
