First tell us what RIGFILE you use ? probably an old one for the ft2000 or ft9000,
In dx4w805 is a new rigdriver for the FT5000, dated 2 januari 2011 so why stay on dx4w804 ? Following strange behaviour has been noticed: When operating in CW (any band) the logging software reads the mode as ssb, or psk31 when the rig is in TX. I doubt that it is a RFI problem as it occurs on any band, any power level. even with only the ptt closed (that is 0 watts out) All the rs232 are shielded. The freq (khz) in the main dx4win , disappears aswell Occassionally the is 0.00 in it, giving an error when logging.
