Jim: While DX4WIN, Firefox, Tbird and other apps were open, some glitch occurred that obliged me to reboot the computer. Now DX4WIN no longer opens. When I attempt to open the app, I get a box saying "Failed to read .CTY file" and the sequence dies right there.
What happened? DX4WIN updater says all files are updated. What do I do?
