If it's not in my log, that's that. I would never enter a QSO into my log because it's in someone else's log.

I have a number of call as "NOT Found in Log". 1. Does this mean they are confirmed in LOTW, but not in my Dx4win Log? 2. If so, Can I run an Import that brings them into Dx4win or do I have to manually enter them?
