Use the last item under the LOTW menu "review QSOs not found" I can almost guarantee they are in your log but some of the information doesn't match. Probably because the other party has shifted QTH, changed their location details and re uploaded their whole log busting everything they had done previously so now you have new conflicting information from previous imports. Unless it is very important to you this phenomenon will do your head in trying to figure which is correct. See for your self but in every case this is what I found was going on.
