Downloaded and installed the USB driver for the Kenwood TS 590S and was
assigned to COM 3.
This morning I found the USB driver had been assigned to COM 7. This has
been occuring the last
couple of days. How can I keep the driver assigned to one certain port
and determine what program
is using COM3?
