I do not disconnect the USB Cable.

The virtual com port is either com 3 and either com 7. As I know this only happens if you plug the usb cable in a different usb port. Please check if you plug it in the same usb port every time or in a different one. Normally if you plug it in the same port you will always get the same com port number.
